Preston F. McDaniel
Originally from Rock Hill, SC, Preston McDaniel graduated from Rock Hill High School. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Columbia to attend USC where he graduated, in 1973, with a B.A. History and Political Science. He spent some time outside of the US while attending the University of Brussels in Brussels, Belgium and the University of Leeds in Leeds, England. Moving back, Preston attended and graduated from the USC Law School in 1976. In the year 1984, Preston McDaniel started his private practice. He's been helping injured workers for over 35 years.
In addition to his private practice experience, Preston worked as Legal Counsel for the SC Governor's Office. He fulfilled duties as General Counsel at the State Accident Fund. He served on the Governor Sanford's Workers' Comp Reform Task Force as the sole appointee for injured workers. During the years 1994, 1998 and 2005, he served on the Workers' Comp Legislative Negotiating Committee. Preston started practicing law to help those that need to get a fair shake and that's what he's still doing over 35 years later!
